Aniseed cookies





2 glasses olive oil
3 glasses sugar
1 glass water
1 glass orange juice
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 teaspoons cinnamon and cloves
1 teaspoon anise
2 1/2 kilos flour


Knead all ingredients well into a dough and proceed with shaping the cookies. Bake them at a moderate temperature.
